At Queen Bee of Beverly Hills we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every item we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.


Returns & Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within:

  • 15 days of delivery for online orders
  • 15 days from purchase for in-store purchases

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused, saleable condition
  • All tags, packaging, authenticity cards, and accessories must be attached and included
  • Item must not show any signs of wear, use, odor, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns are subject to inspection, verification, and approval.


Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange

Refunds to the original form of payment are issued at the sole discretion of Queen Bee of Beverly Hills.


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased by wholesale or drop shipping partners
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Select promotional or discounted items

Authentication & Condition Protection

All items sold by Queen Bee of Beverly Hills are guaranteed authentic and undergo a thorough authentication and documentation process prior to sale.

To protect both our customers and our business:

  • Each item is photographed, documented, and verified prior to shipment
  • Returned items are carefully inspected and matched against original records
  • Any item returned that does not match its original condition or documentation will be refused or subject to partial store credit

Items with removed, altered, or tampered tags will not be accepted.


High-Value Item Verification

Returns on handbags and accessories valued over $1,500 may be subject to additional verification and inspection procedures prior to approval.


Return Shipping (Online Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • Queen Bee of Beverly Hills is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments

Processing Time

Please allow 10–14 business days from the date your return is received for processing.


Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We monitor return activity to protect our customers and our business.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
  • Limit or deny future transactions from customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior

Returning Online Purchases In Store

Online purchases may be returned at our retail location with proof of purchase.


Gift Returns

Gift returns will be issued as store credit.

For gifts valued over $2,000, a refund may be issued by check in accordance with applicable regulations.
