Queen Bee of Beverly Hills has been shipping Worldwide since 2002
  • What countries do you ship to? We ship worldwide to over 39 countries.
  • How Long does it take to receive my order? All of our merchandise is in stock, and typically ships out the same day that payment is received. Depending upon your selection at checkout, it will take either 6-14 days for Standard, and 2-4 for Express.
  • How can I track my international order? All orders are accompanied by a tracking number that is provided by the shipping carrier. We will email you the tracking number once your item ships.
  • What are my payment options?  Visa and MasterCard, JCB, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
  • How much does international shipping cost? In order to keep it simple, we use a flat rate method of calculating international shipping costs. For Standard (6-14 Days), it is 48.95 USD and for Express (2-4 days), it is 88.95 USD. This is a per item calculation. 
  • How much duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders? Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be the responsiblity of the purchaser.

  • What is your return policy for international orders?  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Email Us  or call us at 213-985-2597,  and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. All shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser except in the event where an incorrect item was shipped to the purchaser. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
